Prime Detailing Group ("we", "us", "our") provides professional auto detailing services from our studio at V. dei Laghi, 97, 00047 Marino RM, Italy. Contact: support@primedetailinggroup.com, +39 315 152 2473.

2. Acceptance of terms

By booking a service with us or submitting an enquiry through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services

We provide auto detailing services as described on this website. The scope of each service is agreed individually at the time of booking, based on an assessment of your vehicle. We reserve the right to adjust the scope of work if the vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described at the time of enquiry.

4. Quotes and pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may be adjusted following a physical inspection of the vehicle if its condition differs from what was described. We will always communicate any changes before starting work.

5. Bookings and cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. No deposit is required unless agreed in writing at the time of booking. Cancellation without adequate notice may result in a charge to cover the reserved time slot.

6. Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage

We conduct a pre-service inspection and document the vehicle's condition before work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage that is noted at inspection. We are not responsible for damage that is structural in nature and not attributable to our work (e.g. rust beneath the paint, foam deterioration, electrical faults).

Not all surface defects can be fully corrected. The degree of improvement achievable from paint correction depends on the paint's condition and the depth of the defects. We will communicate what is achievable based on the inspection before committing to the work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Italian law, our liability for any claim arising from the services we provide is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.
